KnoxMac is owned and operated by Brian Jacobus in Knoxville, TN. Brian has over 10 years of Apple Macintosh experience and recently worked full-time for HGTV, DIY Network, Food Network, and GAC supporting the web design department’s Macintosh computers prior to starting KnoxMac. His Apple Certifications include Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist and Apple Certified Desktop Technician.

KnoxMac is serious about Macs. We are certified by Apple and members of the Apple Consultants Network. Our clients include home users, small business owners, professional photographers, advertising agencies, recording studios, and graphic design/printing pros. If you use a Mac in East Tennessee, KnoxMac should be on your speed dial. We could toot our own horn, but we’ll let our happy clients do it for us!
